Spending Mother's Day in Bangkok - May 2014.

Oh my my, have I been neglecting this space of mine! So many things have happened lately, time has absolutely gone by in a daze!
Well, we have been to Bangkok and back, Hubby and I, just  before the eruption of chaos and military law. Thank God!

That, and I recently developed a sebaceous cyst on my breast (horror of horrors!) right after our Bangkok trip, and that had consumed a large part of my time and energy. I think I will talk about that some other time.
And of course, we celebrated Adam's 5th birthday! Photos will be up in another post.

Meanwhile, here are some photos of the trip!
Stayed at Pathumwan Princess hotel which is connected to MBK for easy access to shopping.

40baht tuk tuk in all its neon glory.

It was 11pm and we were hungry... This place was recommended by a local. Mouth-watering seafood and Tom Yum indeed!

UNICORN CAFE!!
44/1 ซอย สาทร 8 สีลม Silom, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500, Thailand

Buying Naraya for my friend Esther for all her massage and essential oil barangs.

Dinner at Sky Bar, Banyan Tree hotel. Roof-top dining to celebrate Mother's Day is the way to go.

Erawan Shrine.

We did enjoy the shopping, massage and seafood.
The trip without kids did wonders to the relationship *ahem*. However, all these travelling is draining my energy. As such, we haven't planned anything that involves airplanes for this June holidays.
Nonetheless, we have some stuff in mind for the kids. Hope I survive the June holidays!
