Baby Adam attends 1st Wedding Dinner

Mummy's little gentleman endorsing Baby Burberry.

Baby Adam attended a Wedding Dinner for his first time tonight, and I'm really happy that everything turned out better than expected.

At first, I was worried that all the noise and Yum Seng session would make Baby Adam scream or get cranky, but he just fell asleep in his pram - while other babies cried & fussed - which made me really proud of him.

.
.
And Oh, Daddy A won 3rd prize in 4D tonight too!
Thanks to our Lucky Lil Munchkin, Andy is always striking 4D. Time for Mummy to go shopping. Bwahaha :P

Baby Adrina's Full Month Shower 170510

It was a bright and happy Sunday blessed with good weather.
Baby Adam turns 8 Months old today too. Happy one-month-older son!
After breakfast, we headed to Baby Adrina's Full Month Shower.

The gift for Baby Adrina! A one-tier diaper cake.

Mummy is very happy to have everyone pass Baby Adam around so she can enjoy her buffet. *evil sinister grin*

Daddy & Adam the Charmer

Sloppy kiss!

"Stop acting cute Daddy!" *frowns & glares*

If I'd known the pool is just next to the Function Room I would wear my bikini and bring Baby Adam for a swim!

Enjoying being kissed!

Mummy's little Prince charming his way into people's hearts.

and showing off his toothsome twos

Kids making merry and dancing around...

Baby Adam gives Donovan korkor a kiss!

Cake cutting time!

Kids really light up everybody's life.
With so many mommies around my age, we could talk about feeding and other babytalk.
It was a GRAND time with lots of food & desserts and everybody couldnt stop smiling and laughing at the cheeky children!

The post-Xmas entry

Our X'mas this year was anything but peaceful. I had a party at work filled with lots of food and noise.
Back at home, we went places and spent it with family and loved ones.
Little Munchkin caught the seasonal flu bug I passed to him, so you could imagine our bedsheets stained with sticky flu syrup which our baby had conveniently smeared on, Mummy's Rudolph red nose (somehow Baby A seems unaffected by his runny nose, although I certainly am!) , battling with his insomnia because he is too hyped up for the festive season (he seems to know Mummy is on long leave till next year). Hmmm.

Our little Munchkin goes to recce his "ONE IS FUN" Birthday venue in his smashin' new Cameleon. Yes, that's our slogan so please don't copy us when it's your turn Ok. You know who you are!
He has this nonchalent look on his face which seems to say that he is so used to all that fuss n pampering we shower on him.
It is this same silly look that makes me weak in the knees and wanna squeeze him tight and give him a wet slobbery kiss!

Here's wishing everyone a Charmed New Year with your loved ones!

Merry Xmas 2009

Before I disappear for my long vacation till 2010 (Yippee!!), I wanna wish all my friends & loved ones a MERRY MERRY X'MAS 2009 filled with lots of love & presents!

Perhaps the Biggest X'mas present Baby Kai is receiving this year is.... *drumroll please!*

the Bugaboo Cameleon!

I like it, it is so stylish. Not to mention, all the celebs are driving the Bugaboo.

Celebs driving the Cameleon:

Denise Richards

Tom Cruise & Katie Holmes for baby Suri

Matt Damon

Ben Affleck

Tobey Maguire

Geri Halliwell

Gwen Stefani

Naomi Watts & Liev Schreiber

Gwenyth Paltrow

What I love is the changeable fabrics and canopy which allows you to customise your own Bugaboo.
We're gonna use this all-terrain buggy for our road trip to Melbourne in Feb 2010. *beams*

Out & about

Daddy A, Baby A and Mummy went out to soak up some mood for this festive season. Too bad it was raining and very cold hence we didnt stay out for long!

Went to Dr Simon for Baby A's 6th month growth assessment and had his height, weight and head circumference taken.
I witnessed my Baby sitting up on his own, making his own decisions not to drink plain water by pursing his lips and pushing my hand away...And it suddenly dawned on me: My baby has grown up so much!

I miss Baby A's neonatal days so much, I miss breastfeeding him (I BFed him till he was 5mths old), I miss him being a Baby-baby. *sobs*

Little family outing

I love weekends, it's the time when Daddy doesnt have to work so we can bring Baby A out.

I'm glad he enjoys his new car seat. But then again, there's nothing not to like!

We brought Baby A to Kiddy Palace to shop for his stuff, then to the nearby eatery for a meal. The entire level of the shopping mall was filled with parents and kids.
Andy & I grin like every proud parent whenever some stranger stops to touch our baby or smiles at us when passing by :D
Funny how I'm a completely transformed person now, when I used to think that kids were a nuisance! These days, Andy & I are always looking at other couples with kids and giving each other a knowing smile and exchanging ideas on parenting style, what stuff they are using which we might find useful, etc.

Baby A with Popo in matching polos:

Dressed in Carters top which Popo bought for Baby A: he is wearing 18-24M sizing now and there are no more "another size bigger" rompers for my wriggly baby *sob*. I dont really like putting him in seperates these days because the top always rides up whenever he is bouncing on our laps or wriggling to grab something.
Really miss his babyness..

In the evening it was dinner at Boon Tong Kee.

Towkay Adam at dinner with the old people (haha), entertaining himself

There is better use for the safety bar of the stroller: to rest his legs!

The waitress, waiters and soon-to-be parents at the table next to us were amused by all his blabbering and cheekiness!

We're super glad that Baby A is a sociable and outgoing bubs, and he has become so inquisitive of his surroundings, eager to find out everything about our huge, huge world.
So huge, yet so small. Perhaps huge and small are one, and all?
